Suzie Johnson

I’m an entrepreneur and the owner of four shops in Shannon. I believe to get ahead you need to be highly motivated,constantly changing what you do , have a good support network and be prepared to be tired. In three years Suzie has transformed Shannon’s retail scene - and she’s not done yet. She has opened art and jewellery shop Gallery 57, gift shop Oosh, women’s clothing shops Oosh La La and For Frocks Sake.But that’s not all. Suzie and husband Kiwi are in the process of taking their four stores to Woodville. Suzie designs much of the clothing she sells and designs and makes her own jewellery. And as if that’s not enough Suzie and Kiwi have five children under the age of eight. She believes in giving back to the community. “I call it paying it forward. The more you give the more you get back”.
